Finance-focused location

All classes are held in the facilities of the House of Finance, located on Goethe University's Campus Westend at the heart of Frankfurt’s business community and providing one of the most modern learning infrastructures in Europe.

The program starts annually in April and can be completed within 22 months – including bi-weekly classes on Friday afternoons and Saturdays during semesters and the subsequent master thesis. This program design minimizes students’ amount of time away from work in order to attend classes and complete course assignments. All classes are taught in English.

Curriculum – optional Risk Management Specialization

Students enrolling in the Master in Finance program have the option to gain enhanced knowledge in financial management or risk management, respectively. Following the completion of foundation modules, students will choose specific concentration and elective modules as well as select a master thesis topic in the field of financial management or risk management.
